- Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective on arrival:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and promotional items

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
